According to a report, pre-orders for the JioPhone Next will begin next week in India. Reliance Jio and Google collaborated on the next smartphone, which is supposed to be a low-cost choice for the public. It was unveiled during Reliance Industries' Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June and will be available for purchase next month. An HD display and up to 3GB of RAM could be included in the JioPhone Next specifications.

According to 91Mobiles, JioPhone Next pre-orders in India will begin next week, citing sources acquainted with the retailer's intentions. For pre-orders, Jio is claimed to have begun discussions with its retail partners. Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, revealed the phone would be released on September 10 at the company's annual general meeting in June. Jio, on the other hand, has yet to release any additional information.

The price of the JioPhone Next in India is yet to be announced. It would be the "most cheap smartphone not just in India, but internationally," according to Jio. According to a source, the JioPhone Next could be priced at Rs. 3,499.

The JioPhone Next is expected to come with Android 11 (Go edition), a 5.5-inch HD display, and a Qualcomm QM215 SoC, according to reports. The phone could include 2GB or 3GB of RAM, as well as 16GB or 32GB of eMMC 4.5 storage. The JioPhone Next may have a 13-megapixel camera sensor on the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front for photographs and videos. It could have a 2,500mAh battery and dual-SIM capability. Furthermore, the low-cost smartphone is expected to include Bluetooth v4.2 and GPS.
The JioPhone Next will include system-wide Read Aloud and Translate Now functions, according to Jio. Within the phone's camera, it will also include a deep interaction with Google Assistant and India-specific Snapchat Lenses.
